With a beach, a shared deep water pier, buoys and immediate access to the Homewood High & Dry Marina and Homewood Ski Resort, the location provides the convenience for many activities. Our luxury Villa has 3 stories and boast of high ceiling great rooms, master suites with lakeside balconies, full second guest suites and loft offices. The first floor features the living, dining and chef's kitchen. The living has a large flat panel TV and direct views of your private beach and Lake Tahoe. The kitchen, with heated slate floors, is perfect for entertaining, with the open space and seating at granite bar. The same level also has a guest suite with a queen bed and full bath. On the second floor is the lakefront master bedroom. Enjoy the views of the lake from bed or relax watching your large flat panel TV. The master bathroom has heated floors, a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower. Also on the second floor is the second guest suite. On the third floor is the loft/office.
